Hello all! I am looking for someone to share my home (going through a divorce) in Mountlake Terrace. Close to light rail.
About 750 square feet of the basement is private, with a bedroom, office and large closet/storage area. They're connected by a room with a sink that could easily become a Kitchenette, although I prefer sharing the kitchen upstairs as I dont cook much. Finally, theres another 300 square foot of ideally shared living space. ~$1800 a month.
Alternatively could take the 3 bedrooms and upstairs bathroom for ~$2400 a month for all 3.
There's a trampoline and hot tub in a very private backyard that backs up to the greenbelt. Walking distance of MLT Elementary.
I am a 50% parent, with 3 young kids (one at MLT Elementary and 3 year old twins) here every Monday and Tuesday. We tend to be gone to our mountain cabin or somewhere fun every other weekend. Prefer fellow parents, but open to the right childfree person/couple.
