Hi there! I’ve got an extra bedroom in my house just sitting around collecting dust and judgment from the power company. I used to keep it for my kids, but they grew up, got busy, and stopped visiting—so now it’s time for this room to pull its own weight.

The Details:

Location: Tacoma, WA (yes, the place where your power bill will test your faith)

Rent: $750/month

Utilities: Add $100/month for internet, water, garbage, and that sweet Tacoma electricity. Total: $850.

Move-in: First + last month’s rent upfront.

Notice: 30 days before moving out, please and thank you. I’ll use your last month’s rent for, you know… your last month.
