Beautiful Rooms Available in South Hill

Hello.
My name is Faith, and my husband and I have recently moved into a large house. It is in a quiet neighborhood near shopping centers, bus lines, and lovely parks. We are also only a few moments away from the nearest freeway. We would love to have you join us in our home.
The house has a large downstairs area with an office (primarily occupied by my husband) and game room area right next to the stairs. The downstairs also has a large dining area and living room, a well-stocked kitchen and a half-bathroom. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms (one occupied by us that contains its own bathroom), one full bathroom, laundry room and assorted storage areas. Out front, we have a lovely driveway with plenty of parking space available. Out back, we have a flat patio with a smoke shack (for smoking meat and other foods) and a beautiful yard that tapers up into a hill.
Regarding interests, I love to read, cook and watch TV. My husband loves to barbeque, has a business he runs after his day job, and enjoys playing video games.
Both my husband and I have full-time jobs; myself in early childhood education and him in cyber security. He additionally owns a company where he designs and hosts websites and digital marketing services (logo design, business photography, ETC).
Both of us are Christians who don't require everyone in the house to follow a particular creed. That being said, there will be general rules regarding conduct in the house that should be followed to ensure co-existance is possible and positive:
1. We respect everyone's privacy and expect the same.
2. Quiet hours after 10 PM and before 9 AM
3. We request that personal religious practices not be mandated to others within the house.
4. We respect the people, not the viewpoint; if there is a lack of respect for someone's stance or viewpoint on anything, the only acceptable options are conversation or walking away. Anything beyond that (bickering, shouting, trash-talking in an unfriendly way) is unacceptable.
