Bedroom for rent w/ half bath

We are a small quiet family of three (myself, my husband and a teenage daughter), and we have two female cats. We have a nice home located in a quiet community in South Hill area. Our home is close to everything less than a mile away from Walmart supercenter and Winco. Also close to restaurants, South Hill Mall, post office, movie theaters, Pierce College, Bradley Lake, train station, parks, and more.

We are looking to rent a room in our home. We're looking for a female roommate. The room is an average size bedroom with good size closet on the first floor, you'll have your own 1/4 bathroom also on the first floor but you'll share the upstairs bathroom shower/tub with our daughter. You'll also share the kitchen and living rooms. We prefer someone who is quiet not into parties and who would not mind living with a family. If you have dogs we cannot accommodate that but a cat possibly.

Rent includes garbage, sewer, electricity and internet.
