The room can be furnished with a queen bed and dresser or left unfurnished—your choice. It’s near a shared bathroom used by one other tenant. Each roommate has their own private bedroom. You’ll also have a large pantry shelf, designated kitchen cupboards, and access to two full-size refrigerators/freezers, making it easy to store and prep meals.

Rent is $950/month, all utilities included—gas, water, sewer, garbage, and extremely fast internet. Flexible lease terms available; ideally looking for someone planning to stay 6–12 months. Must pass a background check and provide proof of employment and financial ability to consistently pay rent in full and on time. No smoking or 420 permitted (first responder/military household).

About the living situation:
I’m the homeowner and live in the home, but due to my full-time job and running a startup on the side, I travel frequently—including occasional weekends to visit my partner. The other roommates are also first responders and are quiet, respectful couple who also work full time, keep to themselves, and travel periodically so tenants generally have the home’s common areas to themselves most of the time. The home itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and features central A/C, an open concept kitchen/living/dining area, and plenty of off-street parking.

Ideal tenant: A hard-working professional, medical worker, first responder, or military member. Open to others, but those backgrounds tend to be the best fit. Cleanliness, reliability, and respectful communication are essential. Looking for someone who takes pride in their space and contributes to a low-drama, relaxed living environment.
