About the space: One private bedroom in a shared home, shared bathroom, Wi-Fi included, washer and dryer in unit. Garage parking available for your vehicle.
Basic furniture available if needed (queen-size bed frame, side table – bring your own mattress). Room has a large window and a smaller window for great natural light.
No air conditioning currently; a small unit is recommended (I can send a link to the one my last roommate used successfully)
