2 rooms in my home I have up for rent.

It’s a beautiful 5 bedroom home, it is just myself and my 4 year old son I get every other weekend and every Thursday night overnight. He is EXTREMELY well behaved and extremely intelligent. He loves transformers and working on cars.
I work full time at an automotive repair shop.
Super chill place 0 drama.
I do all of the yard work, and all the house chores. We have 1/4 an acher with a back deck, huge driveway, and garage
