I am an individual homeowner looking for one roommate for my second bedroom. Ideal candidate would be a young professional that picks up after themselves and keeps a tidy space, who values communication, timeliness and follow through on commitments.
The home is two blocks from Stewart Heights park that boasts large grass fields, every sport you could think of (baseball, basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc.), a skate park, a water park with a slide and lazy river, walking trails, etc.
I have two dogs and a cat.
I work full time at two separate jobs as well as full time flight training as a commercial rated pilot, in my limited free-time I enjoy the outdoors, country swing dancing, hiking and working out. I very rarely drink and do not smoke, when I am home between commitments I keep quiet and am studying or sleeping.
