2 10ft by 10ft rooms

We have two 10sq ft rooms available for rent at the beginning of June, both to go to one person or couple. The rooms have a mostly private bathroom (only other bathroom is the master bath so it has to be used for guests when needed). Total for both rooms is $1400. Ideally we want someone who has similar interests to make living together easier! We also have a large very friendly dog and up to two cats so pet friendly is a must. LGBT friendly is also a must. No smoking in the house but there is a large back deck area. We are fairly tidy so someone who is the same would be a big plus. The house is 1700sq ft and is partially furnished apart from the two rooms and anyone who would potentially move in would absolutely have sat in how things are laid out and have space in the main areas for things as well
