We’re a fun, creative, and chill house with 4 other roommates:
👩‍🎨 41F, 36F, 25M, 25F – all a mix of artsy, DIY’ers, crafters, gamers, fitness enthusiasts, outdoor adventurers, and intentional living folks!
🐾 2 cats + 1 dog – friendly & part of the family!
🏡 Social but respectful – some of us love to hang out, others do their own thing.
🪴 Plant lovers, foodies, and wellness-oriented – we cook, work out, and enjoy good vibes!

🚨 Things to Know:
✔️ Please help with small household chores (like dishes) beyond what our housekeeper covers.
✔️ Quiet hours:

Sun–Thu: 8 PM - 7 AM
Fri–Sat: 2 AM - 7 AM (occasional chill gatherings, but mostly a relaxed vibe)
✔️ Overnight guests are cool – just not more than 2 nights/week.
✔️ Smoking outdoors only & clean up after yourself.
✔️ Be okay with a respectful school-age kid in the house
