Our home is a very large , sq.ft. house. There's plenty of space for us and our guests to have their privacy. This large spacious house allows for us and our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest extent. There's a covered carport to the side of the house. There's a new trex patio outside of the backdoor, and also a backyard and a front yard. Guests can venture outside to enjoy a little bit of the great Northwest.......

ABSOULUTELY no smoking andor drug use in the room, in the house, or anywhere on the property.....
Also NO PETS allowed without prior authorization.......
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS allowed unless prior permission is obtained from the landlord......

Guests aren't allowed to rearrange the furniture in the suite without prior permission from the landlord. ....
Also guests aren't allowed to bring large pieces of furniture into the Mount Rainier Suite or replace beds or furniture in the suite without prior authorization from the landlord....
