My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join our year-long lease starting on August 1st. This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is the in The Fan. The rent is $1800 (you would likely pay $600 for the second largest room) and utilities are estimated to be $400 total (about $133 per person). The apartment is completely furnished and decorated and the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. There is also a back patio.
