Hello! My name is Lili and I am looking for a roommate to start renting out my spare room as soon as possible!

I have one other roommate, Brooke, who currently is renting out the third room. Brooke will be moving out in a few months which is why I am on the hunt for another roommate quickly!

It is a 2 and a half bath house. I have a 1 car garage and a patio area. You would have to share a bathroom that is directly across the hall from your bedroom. The garage can be used for some extra storage space if you have belongings that would not be able to fit in your bedroom!

The size of the bedroom is about 12x13 feet, with approximately 12 feet high ceilings. The bedroom has sliding glass doors and a private balcony is soon to be built outside of the bedroom! You would also have your own large closet with the same high ceilings, allowing for more room to stack your belongings.

I work with kids for a living and I love my job. My schedule is typically pm Monday-Friday. Brooke and I both love to travel and go out from time to time, but mostly cook and watch tv while we are home, along with a glass of wine most nights! We are both very easy going people. If you ever want company over, we won’t mind at all.

I have a washer and dryer in the house, and all utilities (water, electric, wifi and so on) are not included (typically the utilities are about $, however, these are split between all roommates).

I do have a cat and if necessary, the cat can stay in my room! No other pets will be allowed.
