Room Available

We are two roommates, male and female, looking for someone to replace our old roommate, who is moving out. The room is the largest of the three bedrooms in the apartment, but does not have its own bathroom. The bathroom is shared with the female roommate. Both of us are introverts and have jobs at odd hours, so we keep to ourselves and have a mostly quiet household. We are looking for someone we would feel comfortable with and will not spoil the quiet vibe we have going on here too much. We are on the third floor with no elevator, so its not super accessible. We are able bodied and willing to help move in furniture if need be.
We split high-speed internet at $45 per person, amenities are estimated for in rent.
