This lovely room (featuring double closets) is situated in a cozy 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhouse. The kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops, and the bathrooms have all been renovated. There’s also a large deck off the living room, where the property backs to a quiet, wooded area. The neighborhood itself has a bus stop right on the corner and is super close to lots of shopping centers, parks, and restaurants. For parking, there are three reserved spaces, plus plenty of visitor parking.

The homeowner (female, 29) stays in one of the two upstairs bedrooms. She primarily works from home for a nonprofit. The other roommate (female, mid-30s) lives in the basement and also mostly works from home. They both enjoy a social environment and are seeking a roommate (female, late 20s to late 30s) who is interested in spending time with them. No smoking or pets, please.
