Man needed to rent/share a single-family home near Pentagon City metro. The house has many rooms, is a 10-minute walk to the metro, very near Virginia Highlands Park, in a friendly neighborhood, fire pit in the back yard. Three current roommates looking for one more. We are not young anymore but are young at heart. We like to invite small groups to the house occasionally. House is older with lots of charm. $800/month plus utilities.
The house is fully furnished. The spare bedroom has some furniture. Choice of 2 bedrooms. Each has 2 windows facing 2 different directions. 2 closets available. More storage available in the spare bedroom and a humid basement. House is in poor condition.
TV can be connected to internet but no cable. A Bowflex machine, stationary bicycle. The house has a washer, dryer, and the usual kitchen features. Radiator heat with window air conditioners.
$20 per year street parking with lots of spaces directly in front of house.
Our current lease expires March 30, 2023 so the landlord might want the new person to sign through March with an annual lease after that. Security deposit needed.
