Utilities are split evenly between all housemates and in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. You will share a bathroom. No pets or couples at this time, please.
About the roommates: One is a 23-year-old masters student studying history at GW, the other is a 27-year-old Virginia Tech grad who is a senior field engineer. Both guys are very friendly, sociable, and easy-going. They enjoy going to the gym, gaming, spending time checking out new restaurants, and keeping their spaces clean.
