This giant bedroom has a private entrance and patio. It is located on the main floor and has coded bedroom door access. The bathroom is only shared by guests to the home, otherwise it's private.

The room is unfurnished and available . Rent is $mo, with a security deposit of $ due at lease signing. Ideal lease term: months.

All utilities, internet, and entrance security cameras are included. The only extra fees are if you work from home, are retired, or are otherwise home most of the time, an additional $mo additional utility fee applies.

We are located in Roy with quick access to Frontrunner, Hill AFB, I, Riverdale, and Northrop Grumman.

Both other residents (landlord (): Master loft. tenant (): basement) work on weekdays and have no children or pets. Basement tenant has own living and dining space so only the landlord shares those spaces on the main floor.
