I've been doing for + years and will give you person to person attention, not like a big business. I also am not just some guy experimenting renting out his basement to make money. I've been doing this a while and will make sure you and the place are taken care of.

In return I am looking for someone with the highest of standards clean; No swearing; No r rated movies; no alcohol or drugs; cleans; and with relatively quiet music. Nothing that would reasonably bother other tenants or myself will be tolerated. Any questions or complaints can be made to me and I will take action.

With that said, we are all pretty chill people. There are four total spots.
