Male Roommate Wantedshort_term lease

Shared private home with total male roommates. All roommates share utilities costs. Great location in Taylorsville close to SLCC Redwood Campus and I access. Quiet, safe neighborhood near elementary school and middle school. One roommate does have a friendly, wellbehaved and trained dog. No other pets are allowed without agreement from landlord and other roommates.

Ideal roommate is easygoing and friendly, willing to share living space and get along with other roommates. Must be responsible and pay rent and utilities on time. Must clean up after themselves and maintain a clean living environment comfortable for all roommates, as well as help with general care of the home and yard. Must respect the property and the neighbors and adhere to noise curfews in the neighborhood.
