About Me & the Rental: I am a young, fit and educated male who works in the tech industry and is avid in the outdoors. I have previously rented out the guest bedrooms for several years now, to both male and female tenants. I currently have preference for a male tenant.

I require my tenants to have a consistent job and source of income and a stable quality of life in order to rent from me. You must be clean, professional, drugfree, and trustable. Social drinking is not an issue as long as you are responsible and in control.

I like to think of my house as a 'stepping stone' place to rent for my tenants, of whom have been nurses, grad students, interns, return LDS missionaries, military personnel, new college grads, and new hire tech workers. I have several contacts for references of both current and previous tenants, if requested.
