I have a cat who stays upstairs and is separated from the basement by a door. The renter should still be comfortable with cats when using the shared upstairs kitchen or entrance. One additional indoor cat may be considered on a casebycase basis. No dogs or other pets.

This is a noshoes home to help keep the new carpet clean.
