1 bedroom in a 2BHK with private bathroom

I'm looking to move on August 25, 2019 to a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Skyview Apartments at Rahway, and looking for a roommate to occupy the other bedroom/bathroom. Shared living spaces and kitchen, and all amenities will be equally shared. In-suite washer/dryer and dishwasher. The apartment will be unfurnished (attached pics are from the apartment management).

Our apartment is on the 15th floor with a great view. I'm paying 2000$ in total for the apartment. In the attached floorplan (Linden), you would get the 15'x11' bedroom and will pay $950. Parking is $110 per month.

I have already reserved the apartment and am now looking for a compatible roommate. The apartment is right across the Rahway railway station, in the Rahway downtown area, with all shopping/groceries within a 5 minute driving radius.

About me: I'm a working professional, who spends most of her free time reading or playing the keyboard (don't worry - i do have headphones, so it's not loud :) ). I spend weekends in NYC mostly. I usually don't throw too many parties, so it's relatively quiet living. I'm largely looking for a quiet, responsible roommate who can take care of the house equally.
