1 bedroom for rent in a 2x1 apartment in Elizabeth

Hey potential leaser! :)

I'm currently looking to find someone to take over the remainder of my lease as soon as by September or the latest October due to relocating for my job.
The lease ends on June 2021 and will have the option to renew if interested!

Rent is $870/ mo. all utilities included
Internet is $40/mo.
There is 1 parking spot. My roommate does not have a car so you will have the spot!

The apartment has LOTS of storage space, comes with an intercom, dish washer, laundry facility in the basement, trash area is in the basement.
There is a fitness room & party/game room in the basement!

The room will come unfurnished. We have some furniture in the living room but no couch (we have been meaning to get new furniture but have been super busy!)

There is a train station about a 10 min walk/ 7 min drive from the apartment.
Downtown Elizabeth is about a 3 minute drive.
A 9 minute drive to Kean University,

Lots of stores around.

My current roommate is very outgoing and kind.
She works 9-5 Mon-Fri in the city.

We share the same interests as being Vegan, being active, and we work hard.

We don't mind having company, so long as we clean up after ourselves and our guests' mess!

We like to keep our shared spaces clean and ready for the next person to use.

We do require a background check.
