Building has two private gyms, a patio, office space, leisure room with a pool table, a washer and dryer in the apartment, a dishwasher, personal bathroom, and a garage with private parking. It?s literally connected to the Elizabeth NJ transit train station. I?d roommate doesn?t require parking, rent will be $75 less. No utilities are included. Roommate splits electric, heat, gas, and internet or cable. Apartment building is also 6 mins away from the NEWARK liberty international airport, a block away from a stop & shop, plenty of local bars, and a $2 train ride away from the prudential center.
