Two Story Townhome Golf Community - furnished

Fully furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath two story townhome. Living spaces are downstairs and bedrooms are upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood with access to community amenities. Active area where you sill always see walkers and bikers. I have a 16 year old female chihuahua who sleeps most of the time and is penned while I am at work. I work Mon-Friday with a flexible schedule. Currently, my evenings mostly consist of relaxing after work either watching a show or working on a project.. I do have grandchildren and the 3rd bedroom is for them when they spend the night or can be used as a guest room. Their visits are only once every couple of months. There is a large front porch with a nice seating area and a fenced in back patio that has a table with seating.
All utilities are included in rent as well as prime and netflix. There is a double garage that can fit another small car with 2 parking spaces on driveway. Guest parking is also available at both ends of the street.
I am tidy and do like to give the place a weekly cleaning I do sometimes take over the dining room for an art project. Other than that its pretty tame.
