The room has 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. I’m working on getting it fully furnished so the only room that would need furniture is your bedroom. Wi-fi is included. The complex also has a pool and a gym included in rent.
The area is pretty nice, it’s about 2 minutes from Avery Ranch so it’s pretty quiet but it’s still really close to night life with the Domain being 10 minutes away. It’s about 20/30 minutes from downtown.
The current roommates right now are me and my 2 cats, both 1 year old girl cats. I’m a 25 y/o woman working as a schoolteacher by day and musician by night. Since I work at a school and like going to the gym I tend to not be home that often during the weekdays. Most of the time I get back from work/the gym, make dinner, and go right to bed. I’m a lot more social during the weekends. If I find a roommate that wants to hang out and be friends, the weekend is the best time to do that. If I find a roommate that wants to keep to themselves I’ll take myself out or spend most of my weekend making music. I’m a huge introvert so I like hanging out with others but I’m perfectly fine hanging out with myself as well.
