This apartment is nice, quiet and well kept up with great amenities.
The location is in Tarrytown, near downtown and UT. You will be right next to Deep Eddy Pool (amazing pool fed by real spring water), Barton Springs, and the best walking trail in Austin that goes through downtown and to many fun destinations along the Colorado River.
Coffee shops? Groceries? Restaurants? Downtown? Check. All a few minutes walk from your amazingly quiet, peaceful and well laid out premium apartment with all the amenities.
There is a nice gym, pool and clubhouse with free coffee, tea and snacks. There is also a business center in the clubhouse.
You have your own bathroom, and did I mention there is a walk in closet?
I am a quiet, clean and respectful professional. I enjoy health, reading, good coffee and tennis among other interests.
This is in my opinion the best apartment complex in Austin when you look at how nice it is and factor in the price and location. Serious inquiries only.
