Room available in Pioneer Crossing East

I’m working on getting better pictures I promise!
Two story 4bd/2.5br house shared with 3 other tenants. Downstairs includes a 2-car garage, spacious living room, kitchen, half bathroom, primary suite, and the laundry room. Upstairs leads through a small landing to the 3 other bedrooms and shared bathroom. The available room is located at the end of the hall. This room has a small closet but also includes access to the “Texas attic,” where there’s a bit of extra storage space. Chris’ room also has roof access, and he will share it from time to time.
We have 4 cats in the house, Salt, Gus, Goose, and Gerald. All friendly, Goose is just shy at first. We’d prefer no pets, but we will consider if you have just one, or one that lives in a terrarium. Please talk to us about it first, as we’ve had issues in the past regarding other pets.
Rent includes gas and internet. Utilities are split between all roommates.
Our landlord will require that you add your name to the lease, so we ask that you be prepared to sign some paperwork when you move in.
