I currently have two bedrooms available, they are identical rooms, but mirrored layouts. They share a bathroom which is located directly across the hall. This is the perfect room setup for you and a friend. Or if you want a home office, we can offer discounted rent on one of the rooms! We’re also open to the idea of splitting the fourth room amongst the roommates and using it as a shared storage/office space for everyone.
The home is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath property, built in 2020. The rooms available are currently unfurnished. Although the common areas do have furniture. Utilities are separate from rent and typically run about $100 to $120 per person during the summer, and around $60 to $80 in the winter, covering electricity, water, internet, trash collection, and more. For the internet, we have Google Fiber, so we get ~1,000mbps ethernet. Natural gas is paid for by the homeowner free of charge so heating in the winter is super cheap! There is a home server which controls a Home Assistant network, which will help reduce energy consumption by detecting when no one is home, and turning off the AC, lights, and things like that. It also hosts a Plex Server with over 300 movies and a bunch of TV shows you would have access to. Our neighborhood has a pool and rec center with a basketball court, BBQ grills, and tons of walking areas. Unfortunately, accommodating additional pets is difficult, as my German Shepherd, Zuko (pictured), occupies the only pet spot. Small pets like fish, reptiles, and amphibians may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the property owner’s approval. Zuko is extremely friendly though, so no worries there. Our house is a corner property, offering a covered back patio with a couch, TV with a Chromecast, and a cozy backyard with a firepit. It’s the perfect spot to relax when the weather’s nice. There is plenty of street parking available and the driveway has two spots available as well. All parking is free of charge. The garage is currently being rented by one of the tenants, so parking in there is unavailable We’re conveniently located near major roads like I-35, 183, and 290. Just 10 minutes from the Domain, 20 from Downtown, and 20 from Cedar Park, making it easy to get around town. All tenants have access to the washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, natural gas stove, and oven. We share some household supplies, but you’ll need to bring your own laundry detergents. Other tenants have appliances like a rice cooker, air fryer, cinder grill, etc. that are available with the appliance owners permission. Safety and convenience are our priorities. We have a video doorbell, WiFi thermostat, keyless touchpad entry, and security cameras for 24/7 coverage. All security cameras are outside aside from one camera inside looking at the front and back doors. There are no cameras upstairs. You’ll have access to all these amenities, along with your own keypad code.
