Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease since I unfortunately have to move out early. The unit is women only however the community is mixed. The listing is for a furnished 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom. The apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath layout with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, balcony and includes free high-speed Wi-Fi. The community has a resort style pool/hot tub, volleyball sand pit, barbecue areas, basketball court, soccer field, 24 hour gym, business/study center, and clubhouse. The office also hosts occasional events such as flower pot decorating, picnics, and trivia. There are two women already in the unit and they are good at cleaning up after themselves and being conscious of their noise level. They are from ages 20-22 however this is not a "party pad". I would best describe my roommates as open minded and there if you need anything. Rent starts at $708 and leasing would start on June 1st. The apartment is located near some higher education schools however you do not need to be a student to reside here. The renewal which would need to be signed is from August 2025 - August 2026.
