We are 2 guys in their late 20s In this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house looking for a roommate to take over the lease for our third who is moving away in mid-July.
The room in question is 10'11" x 11'10" plus a walk-in closet and a private detached bath. While the room is unfurnished, the common living and kitchen areas are fully furnished.
We are looking for a long-term tenant to join us on a 12 month lease starting July 21st with the option to extend. The monthly rent is $780 with utilities and internet not included. Those costs average around $130 a month. The security deposit is $800.
Roommate 1: Matthew From the Dallas area, living in Austin for 10 years. I work in IT and enjoy all things related. I also enjoy working on bikes and repairing electronics. I play disc golf on the weekends and love a good day out in nature. I travel for work so the house is often quite quiet.
