Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to sublease my room from July 1 to July 31 (could start in late June). It’s a spacious house in Hyde Park, located right across from Home Slice Pizza and just a block from a bus stop that goes directly through UT campus and downtown — super convenient!

The house is shared with 3 younger women, so I am ideally looking for another young woman to take over the lease. Rent is only $900 (can negotiate), and utilities are usually under $100, which is honestly a steal for the area. Our landlord is also very responsive and easygoing, especially with maintenance requests. I could also leave my mattress and/or bed frame if you need one.
