Hey, I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 2bd 2 bathroom apartment I’m renting out in East Austin. The unit is 1050 sqft, has in-unit laundry, free parking with rent being $1300 flat (wifi and utilities covered). The counters are lower than a standard apartment since it’s a HC unit, but that means there’s more cabinet space. The apartment is above Whole Foods and Target, nearby many restaurants, a 5 minute drive from HEB and a block from downtown.
A little bit about me is that I’m pretty extroverted, but do enjoy a fare share of being a homebody. Moved to Austin 2 years ago for a job as a data analyst. I work a hybrid schedule, though I’ll be home most days. I love to try out new spots, getting back into the gym, board games (catan and chess) and tend to travel a bunch. I like to cook and am generally tidy.
