Come join our crew in east Austin!
We will soon have an opening in the nd floor master bedroom, of our bedroom bathroom house. Currently it's all gentlemen here (s and s), but open to other demographics. Also would consider a well behaved dog.
Location is amazing, so close to all of the bars and restaurants on Manor rd, and also walkable to Mueller, Bennu coffee shop, the MLK train station, etc.
Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished, and the rest of the house is obviously fully furnished. Shared use of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, "library" nook, and huge covered patio with pingpong table. The large master bathroom has double vanities, garden tub, and separate shower, and is shared with one other guy. The bedroom is HUGE with plenty of space for a king bed, a desk, and even a sitting area. There are French doors opening onto the large nd floor balcony. Large walkin closet as well.
Rent is $ month plus $ for your share of all the bills, including Google fiber WIFI, lawn care, and housekeeping once a month!
