Hello, we are two males(29yo/35yo) and a female(49yo) looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 4 bed /3 bath house. The room is located on the second story. (The stairwell is wide so moving is easy though) It has a shared bath (1 male already uses) the bathroom does have double sinks and each sink has it's own set of cabinets. With a large soaking tub/shower combo. The house has two dining areas and two living areas. It is fully furnished but the room isn't at all. The backyard is quite lush with a small creek running behind the property. There is a large wooden porch and a pretty stone patio that extends off of the deck. We are at the end of a cul de sac. You can reach 290, Research, 183 and 35 easily from this location. It's 15 minutes to DT. You can get most of anywhere in town with in 25 minutes of this location. It's really great! :) the washer, dryer , dishwasher, A/C garbage disposal, roof ,windows insulation & stove are all new. Our landlady is great! She never allows anything to go undone. All house issues are dealt with immediately. We are quiet, keep to ourselves, for the most part. We do hang out sometimes, though .Get together for dinner etc. if you smoke, it must be outside. You must not leave butts ECT about. No heavy drinkers. And we have a zero heavy drug use tolerance. Bills are split 4 ways. Sorry this is so long winded. Thank you for your time!
