Hi y’all! We're looking for a housemate to rent a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (you’d share with just 2 another people). The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a small desk &chair. The house in 78744 south austin area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a backyard with a fire pit. There’s also laundry on-site.

Lease terms are flexible, so short or longer stays can work. Utilities aren’t included and are split between roommates.

You’d be living with three respectful, quiet people who mostly keep to themselves and like a relaxed, drama-free home. One of our tenant has their own bathroom, so it’s not too crowded. If it sounds like it could be a good fit, happy to chat more and share details. :)
