The property is located in walking distance of grocery stores, gas stations, bus stops, automobile stores, mechanics, restaurants, etc. It is near a Navy base so the planes do pass over the house and make their loud noise. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet. You'll see people jogging or walking their pets here and there. The house has 3 rooms so there will be 3 people living at the property. I am living in the master bedroom but will be moving out and will be renting the room to someone who's clean, responsible, and respectful. The room has its own restroom (toilet, sink) and the main bathroom will be shared between roommates. It is furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, a desk, and an office chair. The property also has a garage in which you will have access to park your car, a shed in the backyard to store stuff, a washer and a dryer, a large backyard with grass and concrete, a table and chairs outside to enjoy the nice weather days outdoors, among other things. The 2 roommates that are living at the property now, are kind, responsible, helpful, clean, and respectful people. I am looking to fill the room with someone with the same qualities.
