Furnished room ready for easy going roommate

Looking for a responsible, clean, and dog-loving roommate to move in June 1st (rent due May 25th).

✨ About the Room:

•Private, furnished bedroom with bed, dresser, desk, nightstand, and mirror

• Standard-size closet

• Plenty of natural light

• You’re welcome to rearrange or decorate once you move in

• Shared full bathroom upstairs, plus an additional half bath downstairs

💰 Rent Details:

• $750 month – all bills included (electricity, water, internet, trash, etc.)

• No additional costs—$750 covers it all

• 6 weeks’ notice** required before move-out

If staying 12 weeks, notice is due at the end of week 6 - No prorated rent if proper notice isn’t given
🚫 Important Notes:

•No couples – room is for one person only

• No pets – we already have dogs and cannot accommodate more (No exceptions if you have animals – please don’t message)

🧼 What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably 25+, but open to anyone 21 and over

• Someone who’s considerate and cleans up after themselves

•easy going and lighthearted personality who is solution oriented

• Everyone chips in for basic household chores (mainly trash and tidiness)

• Conveniently located near UTA and multiple grocery stores

• Quick & easy access to I-30, 820, and 180

• About halfway between Downtown Fort Worth and Downtown Dallas

• Plenty of street parking close to the house—no permits or issues

🐶 About the Home & Household:

• All bedrooms upstairs and all common areas are downstairs.

• Shared kitchen, living room, large pantry, washer/dryer, and a small yard

• Garage for storage (motorbikes, bikes, boxes, etc.)

• Smoking permitted outside in the backyard only

• Current household: 2 women in their 30s

• We have 2 friendly poodle-terrier mix dogs (not hypoallergenic)- They love people! Hoping for someone who enjoys dogs and can help let them out if we’re at work.
