Working professionals looking for roommates.

The term would be on month-to-month basis and includes all utilities (water, trash, electricity, gas and 1 Gb/s internet).

The room is a fully furnished suite with full bath, walk-in closet, and access to balcony/deck. The house is a fairly large home with plenty of space. Additionally, the house is in a nice suburban neighborhood with a neighborhood park and country club nearby. We do not allow smoking in the house. Also, we are currently not accepting applicants with pets (sorry).

Roommates tend to be very diverse, so we are looking for people who are understand and accept that. We do not discriminate based on gender, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, race or any other attribute or aspect of an individual and we expect the same of our roommates.

For a little more information about us: In our free time, we tend to play board games, video games, watch movies and other chill activities. Additionally, we have a park nearby with tennis courts and other activities available that we like to use. We have a border collie and a cat (the dog is not allowed upstairs where the rooms are located).
