House Rules:
No firearms,
2 vehicles max,
No non-caged pets,
No overnight guests,
No drama or disturbances,
Primary employment cannot be WFH.

Deposit will be forfeited if you steal, break or damage anything on the premises.

Rent includes:
Disposable plates, bowls, cups & cutlery. Some shared groceries.
Laundry /cleaning supplies, tp & paper towels.
Pest control, wifi, water & electricity.
Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+/Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+ & HBO Max.
No excessively loud noises or chatter after 10p during the week.
Come & go as you please. Loners welcome.

Rent must be paid before 11:59pm CST by the 3rd day of each month. Cash or venmo ONLY. You will receive a receipt for every payment made. Paying ahead in full is permitted.

There are indoor & outdoor cameras for safety.

No felons or registered offenders.

I often smoke my hookah in living room area. Even so, no cigarette/cigar/weed smoking or drug use in/near house. If you're a hookah smoker as well, you're more than welcome to join me.

Feel free to park in driveway & if you need a few things stored in the garage, I will make room.
My visitors will mostly use my restroom but overnight guests will use your bathroom, as it is closest to their guest room.
