I am renting out two of my bedrooms in my 1850 sq ft house in Fort Worth/Saginaw.
Neighborhood is safe and quiet.
This house is newly built and the house is close to multiple grocery stores.
Looking for a clean and friendly person.
Working professionals and students are welcome.
The rent is $1000 for one bed one bath, $1400 for two bed. Security deposit of $500, will be returned with 30 days notice after move out cleaning and assessed. The rent includes all the utility bills and WIFI.
Can do month by month, or any lease length no more than 1 year.
UNFURNISHED. Garage and driveway parking. Washer/dryer. Community pool. Shared living room, kitchen, and pool table with me.

My expectations for a roommate include the following:
We are respectful of each other and clean up after ourselves.
Reasonable sleep schedule.
No heavy drinking. Occasional social drinking is fine.
Not a huge party animal, the occasional get-together is cool.

Non smokers only. No illegal substances. No pets. Single person rental. Background check required.
