New furnished room in N Arlington

For rent is a furnished room with everything new!

Located in far North Arlington, our house is super accessible but in a quiet neighborhood. One of our favorite parts about this location is access to the River Legacy trail system. We are a mid-30s couple renting out a couple of rooms in our primary residence. We love to travel and spend lots of time outside, we hope you do too. The house is near 509 Green Oaks Ct, Arlington, TX 76006 - check out if this works for you. We are close to the DFW airport so this is likely a good situation/environment for aviation/airline/airport folks. 

Your room would be private with a spacious closet and bathroom shared with one other person, we are posting another unfurnished room separately. 

We are looking for a mature adult with a steady job (will be verified with two pay stubs) and you must be able to clean up after yourself.  No smoking, no pets. We will also be conducting a background check so you must be clean. One month refundable deposit of $500 required.  

This listing is for one person, not a couple. No kids. Ideally looking for a 6-12 month agreement - all bills paid.
