Bedroom Available in Studio Apartment

Hello, my name is Andie and I live alone in a studio apartment in downtown Arlington near the UTA campus. I am hardly ever home, due to spending 3 nights a week at my girlfriend’s house. I spend a lot of time gone and my apartment sits empty. It is a studio apartment, but has a bedroom and a living space big enough to be another bedroom and accommodate a bed which you would have the choice of which space you wanted. Views overlooking downtown Arlington in both spaces. There is a wall separating the two spaces. We would share the kitchen and the bathroom. There is a stackable washer / dryer in the apartment. pay $1225 monthly for rent and utilities, which is all one bill. I am asking my roommate to pay $500/ month for everything. I am asking for less than half the rent because I understand that my roommate will be sharing a small space with me and have less privacy. It would basically be a dorm-like situation. I have a cat who free roams the apartment so roommate would need to be okay with her and not allergic. She is very sweet and calm and friendly and will want to cuddle you.
I plan on moving my couch, entertainment stand, chairs and all the clutter currently in the living space and converting it into a second bedroom. You would be able to choose which “room” (side of the wall) you want. You can have the bedroom I’m in now and I can move my stuff to the living space, or you can take the living space which is big enough to accommodate a bed and nightstand. And we could mount the TV.
So I know it’s a lot to ask someone to share such a small space. I just don’t spend a lot of time here so you would have plenty of alone time here. My girlfriend doesn’t come over, we only spend the night at her place. I don’t have many visitors and I definitely don’t have parties or get togethers here. When I’m home, I keep to myself and sleep or read or work on the computer. I am very quiet and introverted.
I am looking for someone I can trust to share my space with. I would feel most comfortable rooming with another female, or a gay male. I am very LGBTQ+ friendly.
I also do not care if you have your significant other over.
I’m also open to you having pets, we would just need to see how our animals get along lol. My cat doesn’t have a problem with dogs, but I think it would be best to ask for no big dogs because of the small space.

I think you’ll probably need to be added onto my lease, but if you needed to move out before the lease term is over, it’s not an issue for me. Within walking distance of UTA and downtown restaurants.
