There are two small bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a living room space in the rear of my home. There's a shared kitchen which is a common area. There are two rental options: 1-You can rent one room for $650 and share the bathroom space, or 2-You can rent both rooms for $900, essentially renting the back half of the house keeping the bathroom private for yourself.
The kitchen would still be a common area for me and the renter. Both rooms are furnished with a twin bed. One room has a built-in desk and a side table. The other room has a dresser drawer and full length mirror and wingback chair.

I am willing to rent the entire back room out of $925 for the exclusive use of one person. Use the second room as an office or work space, storage, secondary sleeping area.
