"Deer Room"

There are two small bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a living room space in the rear of my home. There's a shared kitchen which is a common area.
There are two rental options:
1-You can rent one room for $650 and share the bathroom space, or
2-You can rent both rooms for $900, essentially renting the back half of the house keeping the bathroom private for yourself.

The kitchen would still be a common area for me and the renter. Both rooms are furnished with a twin bed. One room has a built-in desk and a side table. The other room has a dresser drawer and full length mirror and wingback chair.

Summary: This is a 4 bedroom split house with resident landlord. I live in the front half of the house. I have a kid at college at the moment, but when they are home they occupy the small room connected to my room. We share the master bath in the front of house.
The rear of the house has two bedroom, a bathroom, and a secondary living room.
The kitchen connects the front and back and serves as a common area. You are free to use the household items in the kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself.
The laundry room is in the front of the house near the garage. Its just outside my bedroom. Free to use, just please don't close the door loudly when you use it, or the other doors around the house please.
There is one designated parking space in the driveway and a free spot in front of the house. First come, first serve.
Rooms are furnished with basic linens. Bathroom supplies are available in the hall closet: TP, paper towel, cleaning items.
Tenants need to provide their own towels and toiletries.
There are two small rooms available at $650 per month. I am willing to rent the entire back room out of $925 for the exclusive use of one person.
Use the second room as an office or work space, storage, secondary sleeping area. This option is for one person, not couples.

The household is pretty chill. No drama, no drugs. The loudest thing in the house is the cats.
There is a no outside shoes indoors policy, with a shoe keeper at the front door if you want to use it.
This is a cigrette-, vape-, and 420-free zone.
I prefer short term stays 1-3 months.
