Room B: twin bed, desk, chair.

This is a 4 bedroom split house with resident landlord. I live in the front half of the house.
I have a kid at college at the moment, but when they are home they share a room with me at the front of the house. We share an ensuite bathroom in the room.

The rear of the house has three bedrooms, each outfitted with twin beds and some furniture. Each bed comes with two sets of linens.
The kitchen and back living room are common areas. There is a cleaning schedule for the bathroom, kitchen, living room/hall.

You are free to use the household items in the kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself. Please respect the shared appliances and spaces.

There is one designated parking space in the driveway and a free spot in front of the house. First come, first serve.

There are some bathroom items already and towels if you need them. Roommates need to contribute to the consumables such as TP, paper towel, handsoap.

The household is pretty chill. No drama, no drugs.

I have indoor cats that mostly hang out in the room with me and my daughter. They are friendly but I encourage roommates to keep them out of their rooms, bathroom. We use a noise maker and spray bottle to keep them away from places they shouldn't be.

NO DRUGS ALLOWED. Highly prefer no smokers. Not 420 friendly.
