Parking: Free, up to 2 cars (first come first serve parking space)

WiFi: $20/month to share a 100 Mbps spectrum WiFi (willing to upgrade if needed) (or opt for apt complex free complimentary WiFi)

Electricity: ~$35/month

We will split cleaning supply costs (and duties)

As of beginning of June, the whole apartment has been deep cleaned:
- Not fully furnished
- Still has kitchen table + chairs
- Floors: Deep cleaned w/swiffer
- Old infested furniture: Removed
- Kitchen: Deep cleaned w/insecticide + bleach
- Bathroom: Deep cleaned w/bleach
- Closets: Empty
- Roaches: Exterminated

About me:
A college student from New York doing an internship here until December. Typical 9-5 job hours. I’m a Bangladeshi Muslim born and raised in New York. I’m 21 years old. I don’t plan on having people over. I do not smoke. I do not drink.

Looking for someone that:
- Is a tidy roommate
- Does not smoke (including vape) in the household
- Does not drink in the household
- Can bring people over occasionally
- Can follow a cleaning house rule schedule (at least weekly)

Good location:
- 20 minute walk away from University of Texas Arlington
- 10 minutes walk away from Groceries and restaurants
- 10 minutes drive away north and south from two big malls/shopping plaza
