Spare room all bills paid

Hi hi am currently putting up the second bedroom in my apartment for rent. The previous roommate moved out suddenly and I am now in charge of all of financial responsibilities. The apartment is a little under 1000 ft.². You get your own room, but of course have access to the entire apartment except my room. There is one bathroom. That is Attached to my bedroom, but there is a hallway door. I do have Internet and cable. I have a TV in the living room that you are welcome to use. Mi Casa Su Casa. I will post pictures of the apartment down below. You are welcome to stay weekly or biweekly. But I am posting on here to find a potential roommate who is looking to stay for at least 3 to 6 months. The lease does end in March. The room is not furnished. I've just kind of been using it as a storage for my belongings. You will have to provide your own furniture unless you're OK with sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. Also, I do not have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. There is one right outside my front door but you do have to pay two dollars to wash two dollars to dry. I personally just go to a friends house or a laundromat.
