Room for Rent - MTM - Need Roommate for July 3rd

We have a spare bedroom for rent on a month-to-month basis at this time. 🏠

The room has a window facing the street, black out curtains for your comfort. It is carpeted, and has a full- size bed, with a desk & a foldable drawer set for clothes 👕👗. Large closet with French doors. Hangers not included.

We wanted to state right away: We have 3 dogs, 2 Cane Corsos & 1 Dutch Shepard! They stay in the living room area, and can tend to get pretty rowdy when guests show up. 😜

Just a heads up if you bring a service animal: Please let myself or my partner know that you are to take the service animal out & our fur babies will be put up. 🐶

The room is located on the second floor of the home. Private bathroom, furnished, & smoking within the room & common areas of the room home are just fine. However, please maintain a tidy living space. 🫶🏼 Any and all plates, cups, utensils &/or cookware used, we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself! ✨

We also ask that trash be brought down every Monday & Thursday of the week as Trash pick up for the neighborhood is Tuesday & Friday. 🗑️

If one has a vehicle, you are more than welcome to park in the driveway. As for visitors, we will discuss in person 🙂.
