I am a single dad with just my son part time and our friendly dog. I live the quiet life; I don't really party do drugs and hardly drink. I have 2 rooms available on the second floor. There is a common area upstairs that both roommates can do what they like with the space. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Generally, split the bills but if we are smart with the electricity the solar panels should hopefully cover most of that. Internet is included. LGBTQ friendly.
